You’re Probably Not a Direct Response Pro If You’re Doing This..

Today I want to talk about a topic that is more important than almost everything in your business, the Tracking and Continued Improvement of the Numbers in your business.

There’s two Kinds of Marketers out There:

Average Marketer: Checks Conversion Rate on Each Part of Funnel Using Only 1 Tracking Service. Makes changes Across Funnel on Conversion basis only, never checking how it affects the rest of the funnel. The Average Marketer Doesn’t track numbers across the whole funnel.

Direct Response Pro Marketer: Tracks His Whole Funnel’s Numbers. Know’s that one change to the Squeeze Page or Front End, can dramatically effect Earnings Per Click across the whole Funnel.

The Direct Response Pro knows his Average Cart Value, His Initial Earnings Per Click across the Funnel, knows how long it takes to Break Even on his Ad Spend.

The Pro tracks his initial take rate on his upsells, he also takes note of how many payments actually go through, his refund rate on the offer, and the stick rate if it’s recurring.

The Pro knows his best converting traffic sources and scales them up accordingly.

Are you a Pro Direct Response Marketer? Or are you tracking just the bare minimum?

To really scale to the 7 Figure level, you need to be able to make decisions on the data you track. Too many marketers are making blind decisions on data that just isn’t telling the whole story.

Take this story for example, couple months ago I was testing a new Squeeze Page for my Sales Funnel and I thought I had finally beaten my control.

I was seeing 45% conversions on Control 1 and only 36% Conversions after about 3,000 clicks hit each Squeeze. But when we looked at the EPC’s across the funnel, it was crazy how much different it was, the control had a .10 increase over variation 1 in Earnings Per Click.

So put it this way, if we received 100,000 clicks to each squeeze page, and the control had a $1.10 EPC and Variation 1 had a $1.00 EPC, the difference would be this:

You’d make another $10,000 initially with the Control over Variation 1, even though Variation 1 had a better Conversion Rate.

The Average Marketer will never be able to compete with the Direct Response Marketing Pro’s that track everything, and know their numbers like the back of their hand.

  1. no iv have never done anything like this would need alot of guidinace and help i just received youre certificate in the mail yesterday its the first one i have ever recived from anyone ever I would like to make lots of money and do my DREAM. I live off of700.00 per month and by the time i get all my bills pd IM BROKE
